You've read the books and sat with the teachers and done the retreats, the therapy, the practices, yes yes. And so many thing did most certainly shift: you are no longer who you were, and where you have arrived to is, truly, pretty damn good. But.. there is a knowing in you that won't quiet down; a sense that what you're being offered — even the good stuff — is still circling the surface of something that it never quite touches.
That restlessness isn't a sign that something's wrong with you, but it is a most certain sign that you've outgrown the container: there’s only so far modern therapeutic processes can take a human being.
What you're looking for, whether you recognize it or not, isn't another framework, but a companioned descent. The kind of work that doesn't attempt to rearrange the furniture or polish the surface but that meets you in the underworld of your own psyche — where the real metamorphosis in relation to self, other, and cosmos truly occurs.

Ciel has spent two decades at the intersection of worlds most people keep entirely separate. Sixteen years of formal apprenticeship in Shamanic Medicine, two Master's degrees — in Integrative Healing and Clinical Counselling — and a lifetime of practice across Buddhist, Yogic, and contemplative traditions have shaped a body of work that is neither alternative nor conventional. It is its own thing.
What this synthesis makes possible is a particular kind of seeing. The presenting symptom — anxiety, exhaustion, disconnection, grief — is rarely only what it appears to be. It is the visible edge of a much deeper spiritual process, one that conventional frameworks can describe but not fully meet. Working across these traditions opens a far wider map: one that includes the allied energies of the elemental world, the wild intelligence of the body, and the movements of soul and myth.
Through this lens, the pursuit of 'healing' becomes something else entirely: not the resolution of suffering but an initiation into radical belonging, magic, and transformation.

The work ahead isn't more information — it's relationship: with your own depths, with the living world, with what has been waiting for you underneath and beyond everything else you have understood yourself to be.
