Depth + Integrative Psychology Shamanic Practice Embodied Transformation
This is not another healing modality.
Think of this as what happens beneath + beyond ‘the work’ — the place where your patterns are met and deciphered in their origin, and where lasting transformation in identity and experience becomes possible because we have moved beyond seeking insight: we are here for power, courage, and radical transformation. This is what traditional practice and containers emphasized, and what is typically missing in psychotherapeutic contexts.
Whether you arrive in crisis or in a season of deepening, what happens here is precise, relational, and rooted in living lineage.
I bring sixteen years of formal apprenticeship in Shamanic medicine alongside clinical training in psychotherapy and integrative healing — not as separate tools, but as one coherent practice. The result is something rare but so necessary in modernity: a container of lucidity and insight that can hold the full complexity of your experience and meet it at the depth it actually requires.
You are someone who has, for years, done the work. Therapy, meditation, plant medicine, somatic practice, energy healing — you have been far from passive on your path. And yet something persists.
This work is for you if you're ready to stop managing or analyzing your patterns and start transmuting them, and to move into an entirely different form of relationship with yourself and your world. If you sense that what has been running beneath the surface isn't a problem to solve but an initiation to move through. If you're willing to be met — fully — and to stay with what that meeting reveals.
You are a person unafraid of honesty. You are deeply willing to feel what you've organized your life around not feeling. You recognize relationship as foundational. And you are ready for commitment — not to a timeline, but to the extraordinary process of your unfolding.
Pattern Alchemy is the methodology at the heart of this work, and the expression of the unique medicine of this lineage. It names what actually happens when unconscious patterns — the ones that have been shaping your relationships, your health, your leadership, your capacity to receive and to create — are brought into the light and transformed.
This isn't insight alone. Insight is merely the beginning, not the destination. Pattern Alchemy works at the intersection of the psychological and the energetic, moving between dialogue, intuitive reading, ceremony, and somatic awareness to meet each pattern where it lives, not just where it shows up.
Sessions begin where you are, and hold a high-level vision of your full expression. Sometimes that means a comprehensive intake that maps the landscape of your patterns — areas of power loss, misalignment, imbalance. Sometimes it means following what's most alive and pressing in your experience right now. The patterns always present themselves, and the alchemical response always emerges.
What you can expect: shifts that are felt and enacted, and not just understood. A way of seeing yourself and your life that reorganizes what has felt so relentlessly stuck, resulting in changes within all areas of your life. Recommendations that may include herbal and nutritional protocols, somatic practices, ceremony, psychotherapeutic integration, contemplative work, or practical guidance, because patterns don't live in just one domain, and neither does their medicine.
For therapists, health practitioners, and students of shamanic medicine seeking individualized guidance in their craft and their own ongoing initiation.
Mentorship explores all dimensions of your practice: deepening and sharing your personal medicine, refining client work, navigating complex cases, and building a sustainable practice. This is comprehensive development for practitioners committed to mastery, not a certification program.
Acceptance into a mentorship relationship is based on right fit and alignment. I take the relational foundation of this work seriously and want to ensure our approaches are genuinely complementary. Not all applicants are accepted.
This work, like any good medicine work, is relational before it is transactional. The container between us — the trust, the honesty, the willingness to go where the work leads — is itself such a massive part of the medicine. Techniques serve the relationship (and all relationships in your life), not the other way around.
This is why I offer and require a free introductory call before we begin. Fifteen minutes for us to meet, for you to ask anything that you need to ask, and for both of us to feel whether this is the right fit. Please don’t think of this as a ‘sales call’ but rather a conscious and shared threshold: not all people can work together—not ever healer is for everyone—and it’s imperative that we determine whether we are right for each other.
The people who thrive in this work are the ones who commit to it. Not forever, but fully. Whether that means a single session to address something specific or a sustained engagement over months, what matters is your willingness to show up for the process.
