This is the work I do. Not more healing. Not another practice that we can leverage to ‘get us somewhere’. This work is a return to what is latent within you and within the human consciousness, and allows us to our unique places in the system and occupy them with authority. And then to support others in doing the same.

Traditionally-Apprenticed + Initiated Shamanic Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Mystic, Musician + Artist.
I weave together traditional healing wisdom and modern clinical training because I know that transformation happens for us modern humans in that sacred space where ancient knowing meets psychological maturity. Where we both wake up and grow up.
My formal training has been extensive: two Master's degrees in Integrative Healing and Clinical Counselling, sixteen years deep in Shamanic Medicine predominantly within the Aymara tradition, and over two decades exploring Buddhist teachings and many other healing modalities. Medicine work is who I am, and I have deep reverence for both ancient and modern perspectives.
But the real teaching has come through my own journey—learning to be visible when it felt safer to hide, to trust my medicine when others questioned it, to stop abandoning myself for approval. I know what it's like to navigate the territory between worlds, to feel simultaneously too much and not enough, and to carry powerful gifts while doubting whether you're allowed to claim them.
The work I offer isn't just theoretical. It has been forged in the fires of my own initiations, refined through years of practice and training, and grounded in the understanding that your patterns aren't problems to fix—they're invitations to become who you actually are.
I can meet you where you are—with tools for managing your energy as sacred currency, practices for alchemizing wounds into gifts, and support for becoming the kind of spiritually mature human the world needs right now.
