Other days the cost is unfathomable: to your body, to your peace, to the very states of ‘healing’ that you're seeking.
You think, like so many of us, that by doing more, attending to more, understanding more—then you'll have and be more, and it’s entirely understandable that you’ve taken on this project to try to get ‘there’.
But what if the thing—the state— you're searching for is already there - buried under the masks you wear and the fears that drive your patterns?
Because here’s the thing: your liberation and that final peaceful destination isn't going to come about through “healing everything”.
Your liberation is only attained through consciously releasing the outdated survival strategies you've been trying to fix, and through settling into the unquestionable, imperfect perfection of your own being and your relationship to all.
We arrive at this state—of peace, of knowing, or radical relationship to everything—not so you can finally arrive, but so you can widen yourself to hold the full, wild, dynamic human experience and let it break you open over, and over, and over again.
This is the work I do. Not more healing. Not another practice that we can leverage to ‘get us somewhere’. This work is a return to what is latent within you and within the human consciousness, and allows us to our unique places in the system and occupy them with authority. And then support others in doing the same.

Traditionally-Apprenticed + Initiated Shamanic Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Mystic, Musician + Artist.
Healing isn't something that happens to you. It's what emerges when you stop trying to fix yourself and start cultivating space for what's actually present.
Ciel learned this through her own initiations- years lost to misdiagnosis and illness, followed by the kind of knowing that only comes from walking through the fire and the dark yourself.
She holds 16 years of shamanic apprenticeship and Master's degrees in Integrative Healing and Clinical Counselling, but these aren't credentials - they're languages she speaks fluently because she's needed them all. This training has allowed for her to develop the precision of clinical thinking, the older wisdom that moves through plants, body, and mystery, the clarity to see patterns from oh so many angles, and the humility to not-know.
We're being asked to hold polarities no generation before us has held - rigor and reverence, structure and surrender, mastery and mystery. This is the territory Ciel knows intimately, and the work she guides others through.
